Our organization is entirely run by high school students who are committed to making a positive impact in the community. We are guided by a group of adult mentors and educators who help us ensure we’re providing the best possible support to students.

We welcome high school students, college students, and community members to join our cause! You can volunteer as a tutor, mentor, or help us with administrative tasks. You can also donate supplies or make a monetary contribution to support our mission.

SPEARpath is funded through donations, fundraising events, and offered classes. We also rely on the generosity of individuals and organizations who support our mission to provide free educational opportunities. Every donation helps us maintain and expand our services.

We are unique because we are run entirely by high school students who understand the challenges of education firsthand. Our organization is peer-led, which allows us to create a supportive and relatable environment for both tutors and students. Additionally, we not only educate the future generation, but provide volunteer opportunities and internships to high school students.
